Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped out of our location within 48 hours (excluding weekends), unless otherwise noted. Occasionally we have vacation dates. If naturalartist.com suspends shipping due to vacation dates it will be posted on every page of the site in the upper left hand corner in the box with the orange butterfly. The shipping date will also be noted there.
Generally orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (aprox. 2-3 day delivery). We reserve the right to use other services such as UPS, Fedex, or other shipping service if we find it necessary. You will be notified through Paypal when and how your item was shipped.
If you have special shipping needs (e.g. international or express) please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Other shipping options may occur an additional charge.
